Stephen T. Dobson
Stephen T. Dobson is the chief executive officer of CoreVault™, Inc. He serves as vice chairman of the board of DWL Holding Company (CoreVault’s parent), and as chief executive officer of Dobson and McLoud Telephone Companies. Additionally, Mr. Dobson has served as an officer and director of Dobson Communications Corporation since 1990. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Dobson has led and directed his management teams, providing telecommunication services and solutions to customers for the past 19 years. Under Mr. Dobson’s direction, CoreVault is poised to compete in on-line backup and recovery solutions for a broad range of consumers in an unlimited geographic service environment.
James Rutherford
James Rutherford is the president of CoreVault™, Inc. He currently serves as the president of CoreVault’s parent, DWL Holding Company, and sister companies Intelleq Communications and Dobson and McLoud Telephone Companies. Mr. Rutherford began his career working as a consulting engineer for C.H. Guernsey and Company. In 1987 he joined Dobson Telephone Companies as operations and facilities manager. Shortly thereafter, he took the reins as general manager for Dobson Telephone Companies, and in 1999 was named president of the companies. In his capacity as president, Mr. Rutherford has been instrumental in all operational phases of the Dobson companies, including sales and marketing, finance, regulatory affairs, and acquisitions. Upon realizing the opportunity and business consumer need for secure, reliable data storage options, Mr. Rutherford and his Executive Management team began implementing systems and support mechanisms required to launch CoreVault. After a year of exhaustive research and development, CoreVault now has all the tools and expertise to attack the marketplace.
John P. Harris
John Harris is senior vice president and chief financial officer for CoreVault™, Inc. He is responsible for CoreVault’s financial planning, compliance and reporting. Prior to joining CoreVault, Harris founded and was the managing partner of Beacon Telecommunications Advisors, a national provider of consulting services to the telecommunications industry. His previous experience includes 25 years in public accounting, strategic planning, product/service development, business forecasting, and compliance reporting. Harris is a graduate of the University of Tulsa and holds several professional designations including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and Certified Rate of Return Analyst.
Jeff Cato
In his role as vice president of sales and marketing, Jeff Cato oversees CoreVault’s sales and marketing staff, as well as vendors associated with helping CoreVault™ fulfill its long-term strategic commitments. Prior to joining CoreVault, Cato served as chief operations officer for AmeriVision Communications in Oklahoma City, where he had previously held positions of sales executive and national sales director during his eleven year tenure. Cato’s 14-year history in sales, marketing and operations is invaluable in developing and implementing channel partner efforts, which in turn enhance CoreVault’s sales and marketing approach. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing. He later earned a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma City University.
Woodie Wallace
Woodie Wallace joined DWL Holding Company in June, 2005 as its director of customer care operations. Prior to joining CoreVault™, Mr. Wallace held positions at Seagate Technology, including program manager, new products; director of program and product line management; senior director of operations; executive director of operations, culminating in vice president of worldwide customer service, technical support, operations and repair. Mr. Wallace’s extensive 30-year background in operations and customer care will ensure CoreVault’s customers the highest quality of service, data management solutions, and technical support.
Raymond Castor
As director of technical operations for CoreVault™, Inc., Raymond Castor is responsible for network engineering and operations as well as capacity planning. Prior to joining CoreVault, Castor worked as a senior engineer for Northrop Grumman IT, performing contract work at Tinker Air Force Base. He previously served as IT services manager for Logix Communications, and spent an additional five year period performing IT contract services for governmental agencies. Castor contributes over 16 years of technical expertise to CoreVault’s product engineering, design, implementation, and technical support. He holds several professional certifications, including Microsoft MCSE, Novell MCNE, and Citrix CCA.
